The basics.

This site is run by COLAB (CoLab Cyprus), a creative community based in Paphos, Cyprus. When this policy says "we" or "us" it means COLAB. If you have any question about your data, email us at content@tobiasgravesmorris.com and we will help.

The information you give us.

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Tickets: payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We receive your name and email and confirmation of payment. We never see or store your full card details.
• Sign-up forms on our guide (present or exhibit): your name, email, Instagram handle if you add one, a description of your work, any links, and any notes you write.
• Email: if you contact us directly, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

How your data is used.

• To confirm your ticket, slot, or spot for the event.
• To contact you before the night with arrival details.
• To answer your questions when you email us.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you buy a ticket or submit a form. We do not use your information for anything else, and we never sell it.

The services we use.

To run this site we rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe processes ticket payments securely.
• Formspree delivers sign-up form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Google hosts our email inbox at content@tobiasgravesmorris.com.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We share your information with them only so they can provide their part of the service.

How long we keep it.

We keep ticket and sign-up information for as long as we need it to run the event and our community, then we remove what we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

The control you have.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email content@tobiasgravesmorris.com and we will sort it. As this is based in Cyprus, you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection if you feel we have not handled your data properly.

Changes to this policy.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top. For anything you are unsure about, get in touch.
